This will be a fun-filled drive lasting about 7 hours, as it passes through fascinating sceneries along the way outside of the valley. In addition to the views of exquisite landscapes dominated by mammoth hills, breathtaking views of majestic Mt. Annapurna II, Mt. Ganesh Himal, and other minor peaks are also visible along the drive. We arrive late afternoon at Dhunche, the head-quarters of Rasuwa district, from where we begin the trek towards Langtang. In the evening, we prepare for our trek and stay at hotel overnight.
Day 04: Trek to Syabru Besi(2.119 m).
From Dhunche, we start our journey descending towards Trisuli river for about half an hour. From the river bed, we start a steep climb towards Dovan, from where a track to Gosainkunda leaves the main trail to Rasuwa Ghari and Langtang valley. From Dovan, it will be a gentle climb to 6,400 feet until Bharku village is reached. From Bharku, traversing up and down after crossing a suspension bridge over the Langtang river, we reach the village of Syabru beshi. The trail cuts through a bamboo forest giving you the chance to see many different kinds of local birds, and experience thrilling views of terraced-lush- green-farmlands in Himalayan ranges.
Day 05: Trek to Lama hotel (2.380 m).
Today we cross through the suspension bridge and head precipitously along the stream of Langtang River. We enjoy the hike going through oak, rhododendron and bamboo forests.
