Day 02 Kathmandu sightseeing.After heart breakfast in the morning, the main briefing by the Guide about the pros and cons of the day. Explore the incredibly unforgettable historical and religious sites and experience the unique culture and lifestyle. The KATHMANDU DURBAR SQUARE is one of the astoundingly superb historic sites amidst myriads of temples and you will be surprise by the living goddess Kumari from the small window. The SWOYAMBHUNATH, the monkey temple, with all seeing eyes overlooking the valley. The PASHUPATINATH, the most important Hindu temple and BOUDHNATH, one of the largest Buddha stupas of the world are unparallel religious sites Main briefing by the Guide about the pros and cons of the trip in the evening and the final preparation and making arrangements for the trek. Day 03 Kathmandu sightseeing.
After breakfast, we will visit the BHAKTPUR DURBAR SQUARE & PATAN DURBAR SQUARE is the amazing preservation of ancient culture two different styles. After the completion of sightseeing, cherish the excellent bookshops, colourful handicrafts and fascinating bars and restaurants in the fabulous streets of Thamel area.
Day 04 Kathmandu – Lhasa flight then sightseeing in Lhasa.This is one of the most spectacular and breathtaking hour long stunning flights in the world as it takes us just east of the Everest massif, with unrivalled views of the remarkable Kangshung face of Everest. Transfer to the hotel after arrival at Lhasa Airport - around two hours drive.
2ND Day sightseeing, we appreciate and cherish the cultural treasures of LHASA with visits to the JOKHANG, the most sacred temple in Tibet built in 7th century when Buddhism was first introduced into Tibet, the NORBULINGKA, the Summer Palace of the Dalai Lama.
Day 05 Lhasa sightseeing.
The widely known POTALA PALACE, where chapels, tombs and the living quarters of the Dalai Lama are located including visits to the DREPUNG and SERA MONASTRY, two of the most important and impressive Buddhist monastries in Tibet. Overnight in Lhasa hotel.
Day 06 Lhasa – Shigatse (3900m).
From Lhasa we drive down the Kyichu Valley to the Yarlung Tsangpo (Brahmaputra) before ascending to the Khamba La (Khamba Pass) at 4900m. The views are superb – in the foreground is the vast freshwater Yamdrok Tso, the Turquoise Lake, while to the south the snow-capped ranges merge with the main Himalayan range. We drive around the lake before crossing the Karo La (5200m) to reach GYANTSE where we visit the remarkable octagonal chorten, the Kumbum (or Pango Chorten) built in 1444.Continue to drive to Shigatse,here we visit the famous Tashilhunpo Monastery, founded in 1447 by the 1st Dalai Lama. Since the time of the 5th Dalai Lama in 1642, the abbot of Tashilhunpo has been known as the Panchen Lama (literally the ‘Great Scholar’). Over the generations, the Panchen Lama became established as the chief spiritual and temporal adviser of the huge western portion of Tibet known as Tsang, and at times was even considered a rival to the Dalai Lama. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 07 Shigatse – Lhatze.
We continue to advance our journey towards Mt. Kailash. We will overnight in the town of Lhatze.
Day 08 Lhatse - Manasarovar.
We will drive through the most specticular Tibaten Plateu and arrive Manasarovar, the one of the most holy lake of Tibet. Here you will see all types people carying different faith. Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism.
Day 09 Rest at Mansarovar Lake.
We will take 1 day rest, our guide and Sherpas will guide you arround the lake and get outstanding view of Manasarovar. Overnight at Lake Manasarovar.
Day 10 Kora.
Our walking trip starts today which is called Kora in Tibetan Local Language. This means making round the Mt.Kailash. Buddhist beleives that making round would wash away our sins and bless with better luck and earn good furtune for the next life.
Day 11 Kora.
2nd Day of our Kora,your mind and heart gets completely filled up with spiritualism and forget everything back home. In the mean time our crew would keep your trip interesting by cracking jokes or singing a songs in local language.
Day 12 Finish Kora the to Paryang.
We end our Kura today at Paryang and it will be a blessing day for those who do not like walking or hiking. Our vehicles will be waiging at Paryang.
Day 13 Paryang – Nylam.
Early morning after breakfast, you will be driven down to Nylam a small town near Zhangmu.
Day 14 Nylam – Kathamndu.
Last day in Tibet, after breakfast you will be driven to the friendship bridge that marks the boarder between Nepal and China. You will have to wait a bit for immigration formalities. Our Tibet team will hand over the group to Nepalese team and bid good bye for Tibet crews.
Day 15 Kathmandu.
After Nepal immigration formalities , you will be drove to Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Check in one of the luxury city center hotel and relax beside your swimming pool before you head back to your home country. In the evening you will be invited for farewell dinner at the Nepali culture dance and dinner local restaurent with one of our representative.
Day 16 Departure.
Taday depend you on your flight timing, you will be transfer airport for flight back home. Please note, airport timing is 3 hours prior to departure.
