World highest Mountain, The Everest with the height of 8.850m / 29,028ft tall and 5 1/2 miles above mean sea level was climbed by the brave Sherpa “Tenzing Norgey and Sir Edmond Hillary an New Zealander in may 29, 1959. The local Sherpa named it as Chomolongma and Nepalese named as Sagarmath and Everest in English. Everest marks the border between Nepal and Tibet.
Day 01: Arrival Reception, Transfer to hotel for overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu. Guided Sightseeing Kathmandu Valley: Swayambunath, Patan,
Pashupatinath and Boudhnath, overnight stay in hotel.
Day 03: Kathmandu. Warm Up Trekking to Nagarjun Hills, from where we have possibility to
catch  the panoramic views from Annapurna – Everest. Back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04: Transfer to the airport, fly to Lukla, (2800m) and trek to Monjo, (2800m).Overnight at lodge.
Day 05: Trek to Namche Bazaar, (3446m). Overnight in lodge.
Day 06: Trek to Thame (3800m) Back to Namche Bazar for Overnight stay.
Day 07: Trek to Khumjung, (3790m). Overnight at Khumjung.
Day 08: Trek to Tengboche Monastery, 3860m. Overnight at lodge.
Day 09: Dingboche. Overnight in tented camp.    
Day 10: Lobuche (4900m). Overnight at Lodge
Day 11: Rest day in Lobuche.    
Day 12: Everest Base Camp.    
Day 13-57: Climbing Period Mt. Everest.     
Day 58: Cleaning up Base Camp.    
Day 59: Trek to Pheriche. Overnight at lodge.    
Day 60: Trek to Khumjung. Overnight at lodge.    
Day 61: Trek to Phakding. Overnight at lodge.    
Day 62: Trek to Lukla. Overnight at lodge.    
Day 63: Fly to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.    
Day 64: Kathmandu, free day.    
Day 65: Transfer to the airport for departure from Kathmandu.

Trip Includes

  • Middle class Hotel Accommodation in Kathmandu on bed and  basis
  • Daily Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner during the Trekking and Expedition period Everest Base Camp.
  • 1 Sardar for the whole climbing team
  • All transfers and transport with tourist class vehicles,
  • Domestic flight tickets ( Kathmandu- Lukla-Kathamndu) including Expedition local team
  • Peak permit fee.
  • Khumbu Ice Fall route fee.
  • Full kitchen equipments like: kitchen tent, dining tent, toilet tent, shower tent, chairs and tables at the base camp.
  • Base camp Crew  with  Kitchen Staffs: Camp cooks and Kitchen boys
  • Generator or Solar panel at base camp for power supply.
  • Gemmu bag at the base camp. For use only and sharing.
  • Equipment allowance, wages and insurance for base camp staff and Liaison Officer.
  • Sagarmatha National Park entrance fee.
  • Visa extension.
  • Helicopter rescue insurance for Nepalese staff.
  • Agency service charge.

Excludes

  • International Airfares.
  • Nepal entry visa fee. (can be obtained at the airport upon arrival)
  • All meals in Kathmandu.
  • High altitude food and fuel above base camp.
  • Personal climbing gear and equipment above base camp.
  • Personal insurance such as travel, accident, medical and emergency evacuation.
  • Nepal custom duty for import of expedition goods arriving to Nepal by air or road.
  • Expenses of personal nature such as drinks, laundry, postage, telephone and Email, etc.
  • International airport departure tax, tourist tax.

  • Garbage Deposit (US$4000 - refundable after bringing back garbage from mountain).
